Our work is shaped by the meticulous, often invisible craft of professional hospitality housekeeping. We bring that same disciplined approach to every property we care for, without rushing the details that make a space feel truly finished.
SETECNO SERVIZ exists to bring the first standard into private homes and considered workplaces. We hire slowly, train in-house for four weeks before anyone works unsupervised, and pay well above the local average — because meticulous work is done by people who intend to stay.

The quality promise
Every visit ends with a checklist walkthrough. If anything falls short, tell us within 48 hours and we return to put it right at no cost. If you are still not satisfied, that visit is refunded — without discussion.
Sustainability
We use low-toxicity, biodegradable products as standard, refillable concentrates instead of single-use plastic, and microfibre systems that need less water. Fragrance-free is always available on request.
